Programme terms
Clear terms, agreed up front.
- 01Eligibility
- Anyone aged 18 or above may refer. Existing EstateEagle employees are not eligible.
- 02Valid referral
- The person referred must not already be in contact with EstateEagle for the same requirement, and must agree to be contacted.
- 03Attribution
- A referral is attributed to the first person who submits it. Attribution stays valid for 12 months from the date of submission.
- 04Reward
- The reward amount is shared and confirmed in writing before the transaction progresses, and depends on the type and value of the transaction.
- 05Payout
- Rewards are paid by bank transfer after the transaction completes and EstateEagle receives its fee, normally within 30 days.
- 06Compliance
- Payouts are subject to applicable taxes and KYC. EstateEagle may update these terms; referrals already submitted keep the terms that applied when they were made.

Do I have to sell anything?
No. You only make the introduction. Our advisors handle every conversation, viewing and negotiation.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. The programme is free and there is nothing to buy or commit to.
How do I know my referral is protected?
Every referral is logged with a time stamp against your name the moment it is submitted, and you receive confirmation from us.
When will I be paid?
After the transaction completes and our fee is received, normally within 30 days, by bank transfer.
Can I refer a commercial requirement?
Yes. Residential, commercial, leasing, land and investment requirements all qualify.
Will you contact the person without their permission?
No. Please refer only people who have agreed to hear from us.
